Job Summary
Technical Support Agent role focusing on remote technical assistance and customer satisfaction for veterinary diagnostics equipment. Responsibilities include remote technical support via phone and email, diagnosing faults, proposing solutions, remote maintenance, coordinating and following up on technical interventions, drafting diagnostic and intervention reports, and managing equipment logistics and stock. Collaboration with internal teams (logistics, sales, service) and participation in process improvements. Suitable for candidates with a technical education and first experience in technical support or after-sales service; strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, organization, and teamwork are expected.
Required Qualifications
