Job Summary
Technical Support Advisor in Malaga (On Site) for Danish-speaking customers. You will answer and/or solve complex technical questions or problems via telephone or email, identify and analyze customer issues through active listening, provide high-quality technical knowledge, document all relevant information in the system per interaction, and stay updated on developments in networks and consumer electronics. Requires Danish (proficient/bilingual) and English (advanced), ICT training, knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics, and strong customer service skills. Full-time 39 hours/week with a permanent contract, based at the Benalmádena office; salary and potential bonus are offered, with comprehensive training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Completed ICT training
- Proficient or bilingual level of Danish and advanced level of English
- Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.)
- Good understanding of MS Office environment
- Service-oriented, accurate, analytical, communicative, and good telephone etiquette
