Technical Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Summary
Oversee and supervise workflow in the General Lab-PM's-Ref Lab, directing staff and coordinating testing activities during the Night Shift. Responsibilities include hiring, training, conducting performance evaluations, and guiding 10 to 40 technical staff; lead and participate in task forces to improve service quality using Six Sigma and Lean concepts; manage labor within budgetary guidelines and allocate resources for cost reduction; ensure CAP, CMS, AABB, FDA, CLIA, and OSHA compliance; communicate effectively across the organization and with parent partners to disseminate information and maintain quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
- Four (4) years' training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty
