Technical Supervisor - GEN LAB - 2nd Shift

Technical Supervisor oversees 10 to 40 technical staff in a clinical laboratory, directing workflow to improve processes and deliver high-quality, cost-effective services. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating staff; managing promotions and transfers; overseeing department expenditures and staff schedules; and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology, at least four years of high-complexity testing experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. MLS or Specialty Certification preferred. Evening/night shift supervision (2nd shift) in Tucson, AZ.
