Job Summary

Technical Success Manager leads the technical relationship with New Relic's largest enterprise customers, acting as their technical champion to drive adoption, value realization, and usage of the platform. The role collaborates with Account Executives to articulate technical benefits, guides customers from onboarding to value realization, and delivers training and resources (documentation, videos, articles) to empower users. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring adoption, driving consumption across accounts, creating and executing Mutual Activity Plans, providing dashboards and ROI data for business reviews, mitigating churn, and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with sales. The position supports enablement engagements, instrumentation, and best-practice configurations within the New Relic platform, manages project milestones, and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction; the posting notes 100% telecommuting is permitted and a flexible workforce model (fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid) is supported.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
