Job Summary
Develop and manage the Maintenance Training System by liaising with staff to ensure correct maintenance procedures are demonstrated during local and deployed operations. Conduct initial training and integration for new employees, including IT and HR, while providing onsite recurrent training for technical qualifications and ground support equipment. Mentor newly hired technicians on policies, procedures, and the use of company software and systems to promote a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Report workplace hazards and ensure all base activities adhere to Transport Canada, DND, and Top Aces safety and security regulations. Work a flexible schedule including overtime and shift work, with regular and potential international travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time permanent employee with 8 years' minimum experience with Top Aces
- Flight line and heavy maintenance experience on Top Aces operational platform
- Transport Canada AME licence
- Company issued ACA on at least one Aircraft
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Above average knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Software (RAMCO)
- Above average knowledge of MCM MPM and related documents
- Above average knowledge of SharePoint (Maintenance Manuals / Technical Library)
- Above average knowledge of Absorb
- Valid Passport required
- Controlled Goods Clearance
- Level 2 Secret Clearance
