Job Summary
Recruit top IT consultants as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle. Build and maintain relationships with talent by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, and interviewing techniques. Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, to identify the best candidates. Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions and leverage market expertise to advise account managers on skill availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines. Negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for client needs while demonstrating specialized knowledge within aligned skill specializations. This role includes an extensive hands-on training program with an Onboarding Coach before moving into the full recruiter position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Military experience
- Associates Degree and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience
- 4 years of full-time professional experience in a customer facing role
- Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards
- The preference and ability to work in a team environment and the ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- A desire for a career in a commission driven, performance-based environment where it is necessary to quickly and consistently identify and pursue beneficial new opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that are leveraged to seek out others' perspectives by asking good questions
- An eagerness to learn is necessary with enthusiasm to experiment to find best possible solutions
