Job Summary
Technical Specialist at Shimano Europe Group responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and delivering SAP-based solutions. You will configure, build, integrate, and optimize SAP S/4HANA and related components, ensure technical quality and secure delivery, safeguard architectural decisions, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams across the full IT development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ERP/IT solutions, integration with peripheral systems, ITIL-based process improvements, and BPMN/BPEL-driven process modeling. Requires ABAP on HANA, CDS, BRF+, RAP, Fiori, OData knowledge, and experience with complex ERP projects; strong analytical and collaboration skills; proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant in ABAP development and support in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation and configuration
- Experience in integration with other applications and external platforms (e.g. SAP BTP)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
