Job Summary
Diagnose and repair major faults on ATM media jams, network malfunctions, and power issues while performing maintenance and installation in designated areas. Conduct on-site training for branch personnel and assist in setting technician protocols for new business or customers. Open case files with manufacturer support, follow through on findings, and implement fixes. Provide technical guidance to all Field Engineers and complete installation of new ATMs as directed by the Dispatch Department. Submit daily paperwork including timesheets, expense reports, mileage logs, and work orders. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50lbs, and flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals both inside and outside of the company
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and vendors
- High degree of accuracy and attention to attention
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Must be able to work a standard 40-hour work week and overtime as needed including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move at least 50lbs.
- Consistently stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for long periods of time.
- Includes both an indoor office environment and a warehouse environment.
- Periods of exposure to extreme temperatures are possible.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Electro-Mechanical experience
- Ability to perform electronics testing and measurements
- Must be able to repair electronic and mechanic sub-assemblies.
- Knowledge of multi meter and power supply
- Problem solving skills
- Documentation skills
