Job Summary
Payroll Technical Specialist on the Payroll Service Development Team responsible for developing and providing training to internal Payroll team members and customers/end users; involved in increasing customer engagement across schools and academies; provide technical support on complex payroll and pension matters (PAYE, NIC, pension reconciliations); produce meaningful management information and support project delivery within cost, time, and quality parameters.
Required Qualifications
- 4 GCSEs (A–C) including Maths and English
- Proven experience in a large, complex payroll environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in producing management reports and delivering training
