Job Summary
Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customisations across InterSystems platforms, analysing enhancement requests for feasibility and risk. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations and platform configurations while resolving acceptance issues pre- and post–go-live. Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams, producing and maintaining high-quality documentation and training materials. Participate in peer reviews, on-site implementations, and extended support rotas, mentoring team members to ensure delivery quality. Requires proficiency in web technologies, SQL, and healthcare integration standards like HL7, with flexibility to travel. Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), SQL, and database concepts
- Experience working in client-facing roles and delivering within fixed timelines
- Ability to analyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly
- Experience producing technical documentation and delivering technical training
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, NHS environments, and integration standards (e.g. HL7, HIE)
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
- Flexibility to travel and support customers on-site
