Job Summary

Senior Technical Specialist (Measurement) analyzes measurement facilities, conducts audits of measurement systems and laboratories, and leads projects from planning through commissioning. You will provide measurement expertise to project teams, train enterprise content, and help develop engineering standards for liquids and gas measurement. Responsibilities include evaluating design documents, performing equipment and process reviews, conducting audits of fabricators and vendors, troubleshooting measurement equipment issues, commissioning new interconnects with SCADA interfaces, and supporting DCS/automation for oil & gas operations. The role requires strong collaboration with leadership, ability to interpret technical specifications, and willingness to travel (up to ~75%). The Houston area based position includes a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six (6) years' experience in oil & gas industry
  • Experience in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), HMI, Allen Bradley and SCADA solutions
  • Understanding of Multipath & Single Path Ultrasonic Meters, Gas Chromatography, & Sample systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
