Technical Specialist I

Manage complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts by reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) regarding the AH-64 Apache. Coordinate with Program Management Offices, industry, and commands to generate LORs and Letters of Offer and Acceptance for foreign entities or Combatant Commands. Support foreign visits to the U.S. by tracking assets in Repair and Return, monitoring Performance Based Logistics Windows, and briefing customers on Sustainment cases during Program Management Reviews. Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding, ensure obligation plans are documented, and draft memorandums of request for Action Items within the Defense Security Assistance Management System. Prepare updates for Case Management Application reports and material for country briefings. Requires a Secret Security Clearance.
