Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain B2B integrations using IBM Sterling B2Bi; develop and support EDI maps, business processes, and partner onboarding activities; integrate Sterling with ERP, API, and cloud-based systems; support REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations; troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis; collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners; participate in deployment, testing, and release activities; maintain technical documentation and operational procedures; strong understanding of EDI/B2B integration concepts and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) development and support
- Experience with IBM MQ
- Knowledge of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, and Flat Files
- XSLT transformation
- Development of Sterling Maps and BPML
- Trading Partner onboarding and configuration
- Experience with AS2, SFTP/FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQ
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
- Understanding of security concepts such as PGP, SSL certificates, and encryption
- Basic knowledge of IBM MQ concepts and messaging architecture
- Exposure to MQ-based integrations and asynchronous messaging patterns
- Azure Cloud understanding (basic)
- SQL Server knowledge
