Technical Specialist Anti Corrosion Coating

Technical Specialist to develop, optimize, and support advanced anti-corrosion surface finishing solutions, with a focus on anti-corrosion zinc and zinc-alloy finishing technologies. Design, execute, and analyze technical studies and trials, document results clearly, and support project progress and decision-making. Identify real-world technical challenges and translate needs into structured development opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take solutions from concept through validation into industrial application, including testing support, field implementation, and qualification with customers. Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Travel domestically and globally (travel may exceed 25%). Requirements include five+ years of relevant electroplating experience and a technical degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Physics (strongly preferred). Proactive, analytical, data‐driven, and customer‐focused with excellent communication, data analysis, and PC skills.
