Job Summary
Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand team goals, then identify, attract, and engage top engineering candidates through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SeekOut. Proactively source talent, influence processes to work smarter at scale, and share market insights to guide hiring decisions on leveling and compensation. Mentor hiring managers on calibration and evaluation practices while championing a best-in-class candidate experience. Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene, using analytics to diagnose bottlenecks and tell compelling stories to stakeholders. This 6-12 month short-term role requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in San Mateo, CA, with a monthly salary range of $12,176 to $15,480 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of top of funnel technical recruiting experience (Engineering, C++, Product)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
- A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy
- A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
- In-office presence Tuesday–Thursday
- United States work authorization
