Job Summary
Technical Sourcer (Contract) for top-of-the-funnel sourcing of complex hardware and deep-tech engineering roles. Based in El Segundo, CA, responsible for designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and conducting early candidate screens. Partners with hiring managers and the People and Talent team to build strong pipelines, track sourcing metrics, and continuously improve recruiting workflows while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
- 3+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
