Job Summary
Technical Sourcer at AstroForge drives the top-of-funnel candidate flow and coordinates interview processes in a hard-tech startup. You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates across channels, coordinate interviews, keep candidates engaged, and help the leadership team optimize recruitment strategies with metrics. Must be able to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA, possess 1-3+ years in talent acquisition/recruiting or HR operations, and demonstrate strong communication, ATS familiarity, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. ITAR compliance and aerospace domain awareness are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or People/HR Operations
- Proven track record in technical sourcing with the resourcefulness to find niche talent using a mix of traditional tools and creative methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Proficiency in utilizing G Suite or similar software to produce analytics, process documentation, and workflow materials
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) optimization
- Proven ability to adopt new technology, work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and selection
- Ability to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Preferred)
- Knowledge of basic scientific and technical concepts in Aerospace (Preferred)
- ATS and HRIS implementation (Preferred)
- Experience with Gem or Rippling (Preferred)
- ITAR Requirements: U.S. citizen/national or eligible to obtain authorizations
