Job Summary
Technical Solutions Specialist responsible for designing and maintaining custom report layouts (invoices, proposals, work tickets, statements) using Aspire Web Report Designer, creating calculated fields for dynamic content (logos, conditional formatting, custom data), troubleshooting layout issues in collaboration with QA and Dev, and guiding clients and internal staff on layout design best practices and data field usage. Will work in a fast-paced CS environment, report to the Senior Manager, Customer Support, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on exceeding client expectations and anticipating future needs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, client guidance, and fostering a collaborative team culture while maintaining clear communication with management and team members. Preferred familiarity with Aspire, FieldRoutes, Dev Express, and C#, with SQL as a bonus. The role operates on a Thu-Mon 3PM-12AM schedule in Armenia and emphasizes a human, collaborative approach to solving technical layout challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HTML/CSS
- 1+ years in a Technical Support Role
- Experience with Aspire or FieldRoutes (preferred)
- familiarity with Dev Express and C# (highly desirable)
- SQL is a bonus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
- adaptable and eager to learn new skills
