Job Summary
Track technical efforts, issues, and initiatives across various workstreams while advising clients on domain expertise and system requirements. Facilitate collaboration between business clients, contracting stakeholders, and the IT security team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide guidance on best practices, standards, and emerging trends during cross-collaboration meetings where you analyze current business processes and identify improvement areas. Prepare client-ready presentations and white papers on technical topics, and oversee the full Quarterly Training development lifecycle from ideation to maintenance. This remote role supports corporate and client leadership with highly developed capability knowledge and innovative technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with custom and off-the-shelf technology systems for data input and extraction for analysis and metrics
- Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, including IT risks, compliance requirements, and potential business impacts
- Aptitude for identifying complex business challenges and proposing innovative technical solutions to address them
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Ability to align technical solutions with overarching business objectives and strategic initiatives
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Bachelor's (BA or BS) degree from an accredited institution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with system IT security standards and best practices
- Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the internal cross-collaboration team
- Solid understanding of relevant technical domains and varying technical solutions
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry, ensuring that technical solutions adhere to legal and regulatory standards
- Experience with requirements, business, and systems analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce software
- Familiarity with Atlassian software products (Confluence and Jira)
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Technical certificates or certifications
