Job Summary
Technical Solutions Engineer responsible for owning the technical sales narrative and solution fit in enterprise deals. Lead architecture discussions, security reviews, and integration design across ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba), banking portals, and legacy workflows. Manage InfoSec and Architecture Review Board processes, coordinate with Account Executives to build technical credibility, and produce architecture diagrams and data-flow documents to accelerate deals. Must be able to present to CTOs and CISOs, navigate enterprise IT procurement and security reviews, and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Prior experience deploying solutions in large enterprises and comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder environments is required; Fortune 500/Global 2000 buying cycles and security reviews are a plus. Enthusiasm for startups, AI/automation familiarity, and a ownership-driven, curious mindset are valued. Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years deploying solutions at enterprises
- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture
- Technically fluent, comfortable with API docs, architecture diagrams, OAuth flows
- Able to present to a CTO and a CISO with confidence
- Experience with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 buying cycles, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
- High ownership mindset
