Job Summary
Technical Solutions Engineer bridging advertisers, sales, product, and advertising operations to translate campaign goals into scalable Performance Advertising solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales to understand objectives and requirements, designing customized solutions leveraging Opera's inventory and targeting capabilities, evaluating feasibility and performance potential, serving as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding and campaign planning, supporting presentations and RFP responses, analyzing campaign performance and building forecasting models, developing reporting dashboards, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to drive product improvements and platform enhancements. The role requires hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Solutions, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Ad Operations, Performance Marketing, AdTech, or Digital Advertising
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization
- Experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, MMPs, or performance advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
