Job Summary
Analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team, including bugs, data issues, and logic questions. Independently investigate root causes within existing codebases and communicate requirements to customers and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and implement solutions using a modern stack including AI, Angular, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres. Support feature adjustments and platform optimizations while collaborating closely with the CTO to take on increasing technical responsibility. Work 15–20 hours weekly as a student or full-time, with flexible hours and remote options available.
Required Qualifications
- Drive und Lust, technische Probleme eigenständig zu lösen
- Erfahrung im Programmieren
- kommunikationsstark und kannst auch mit nicht-technischen Stakeholdern klar und verständlich sprechen
- analytisch stark und gehst strukturiert an Probleme heran

Desired Qualifications
- Ideealerweise in Ruby (on Rails), JS Frontend Frameworks (wie Angular), RESTful APIs und SQL Datenbanken (wie Postgres) Erfahrung haben
