Job Summary
Technical Solutions Engineer role focused on blending business and technical work: create IT solutions using various technologies (including low-code and AI), model and build systems, analyze client needs, and implement and test proof-of-concepts. Requires 4+ years in software development, knowledge of BPMN/UML, SQL, APIs, and frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); strong English and communication; ability to work within an Automation Team to enhance clients’ environments and build new solutions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience (backend or frontend)
- Experience analyzing business needs and documenting requirements
- Familiarity with BPMN/UML
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with application development using low-code tools
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding system integration principles (APIs)
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
