Job Summary
Diagnose mission-critical problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders alongside customer counterparts. Work on software impacting 305 million patients, tackling issues beyond basic troubleshooting. Occasional travel to customer locations is required. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and hold a bachelor's degree or greater.
