Job Summary
Technical Solutions Engineer responsible for owning enterprise technical delivery and customer success across complex engagements in a B2B SaaS context. Build deep understanding of customer ecosystems and data flows to design effective technical solutions, serve as the technical quarterback for escalations, translate complexity into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences, and drive structured planning, execution, and recommendations. Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Privacy, and GTM teams; develop repeatable solutions and outcomes that maximize customer value while maintaining reliability and a strong say-do ratio. Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; hybrid work model in Barcelona with 2 days per week in-office.
