Job Summary

As a key player in Candid Health’s Sales team, the Technical Solutions Consultant will engage with prospective enterprise customers, mapping their business needs to Candid's capabilities. Responsibilities include crafting and delivering impactful demonstrations, conducting value analyses, and educating the Sales team on product value propositions. Ideal candidates will have over three years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering, preferably in digital healthcare and revenue cycle management, along with strong analytical and communication skills to drive customer acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Engineering position
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage in high-level discussions with prospective customers
  • Proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in digital healthcare
  • Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare
  • Experience with highly complex and customizable products
  • Strong understanding of business drivers
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales teams
