Job Summary
Technical Solutions Consultant focused on end-to-end solution lifecycle for business capabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring go-live readiness, governance, and operational stability; driving adoption, change enablement, and realization of business value; coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Support, Infrastructure, Security, Development) to align business operations with technical ownership; and translating business needs into actionable requirements while supporting release planning and continuous improvement. Core skills span solution lifecycle management, business process management, stakeholder and change management, governance and operational readiness, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to ITSM practices and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform. The role emphasizes defining KPIs/SLAs, enabling user training, and sustaining value realization through ongoing optimization and collaboration.
