Technical Solutions Civil Manager

Lead technical solutions for civil projects by developing advanced BIM/CAD workflows and analytics. Responsibilities include creating and validating Civil 3D models (surfaces, corridors, grading) and civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration; preparing earthwork calculations, surface models, and QTOs using LiDAR/DEM/survey data; managing coordinate systems and lifecycle data across survey and client datasets; coordinating model/data exchanges with internal teams and external consultants; creating 3D federated models with Autodesk and Bentley tools, performing clash detection, and ensuring LOD/COBie compliance; developing and enforcing BIM/CAD standards, conducting QA/QC, and providing training and mentorship across Autodesk/Bentley platforms; producing visualizations using InfraWorks/Navisworks/Twinmotion; performing complex design tasks, supporting field verification, and preparing labor estimates, scopes, technical docs, and proposals; delivering client consulting, workflow analysis, and adoption support for Autodesk Construction Cloud and related digital platforms; leading digital integrations and data-flow mapping across Autodesk/Bentley ecosystems and supporting sales with technical discovery; creating training materials and acting as a liaison between clients and product teams to provide feature feedback.
