Technical Solution Specialist

Technical Solution Specialist to lead and support field deployment of Vertiv One Core system. Serve as technical liaison with service deployment team, product, and engineering stakeholders to address issues. Key focus areas include thermal management, fluid management, and system architecture for hyperscale prefabricated data centers. Responsibilities span leading AI data center solution deployment, mentoring team members, integrating new technologies (Direct Liquid Cooling, CoolChip CDUs, CoolLoop Trim Coolers), driving deployment process improvements, diagnosing cooling/monitoring issues, supporting FAT and on-site commissioning, developing technical documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites and collaboration with R&D, Offering, and field teams are required. Candidate should have strong expertise in cooling architectures, data center thermal infrastructure, and experience with relevant software/tools, as well as the ability to stay current with industry standards and product updates.
