Job Summary
Technical Solution Specialist responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels. Works with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment of custom applications, integrations, and data-process enhancements for MPI systems. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Monday.com and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
