Job Summary
Technical Solution Specialist responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical support and sample analysis services for Agilent LCMS products, developing application methods and solutions to meet client needs, analyzing complex samples across industries such as food, pharmaceutical, materials, and research, understanding customer challenges, supporting the sales team with technical questions and training, and delivering technical presentations at seminars and conferences. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree or higher, 5+ years of LCMS experience, strong communication and client-engagement skills, collaborative cross-team abilities, and willingness to travel frequently. The role offers a full-time schedule with a remote work option and travel approximately 25% of the time.
Required Qualifications
