Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- MS in CS/EE/ITP (minimum)
- Prior TAC experience
- 3+ years experience in a Technical Assistance Center or similar
- Linux troubleshooting
- Experience with TCP/IP, QoS, L4-L7 proxies, HTTP, VoIP, WAN optimization devices, load balancers, caching
- Understanding of network topologies and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Ability to reproduce issues in lab environment and work with development/QA to verify fixes
- Experience with JSON, API, and MySQL is desirable
- CCNP or SDWAN certifications are a plus
