Job Summary
Technical Solution Designer with strong Ping/ForgeRock CIAM expertise to design and deliver end-to-end authentication and authorization solutions for a large-scale financial services environment. Will design authentication journeys (login, MFA, step-up, recovery, registration, profile flows), support API design/integration/testing across digital and identity services, define authorization patterns for web/mobile/API/partner channels, work on PingAuthorize and policy-based access, produce technical designs and artefacts, and contribute to build, test, deployment and release activities across environments. Requires experience in IAM/CIAM, PingOne AIC, PingAuthorize, OAuth2/OpenID Connect/SAML/JWT, API security, API/microservices access control, CI/CD pipelines, and a banking/financial services background is highly preferred. Strong collaboration with architecture, security, fraud, and platform teams and ability to work across solution design and hands-on delivery. Travel up to 20% and availability of Work Visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Solution Design / IAM / CIAM
- Deep experience with Ping / ForgeRock, ideally including PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and PingAuthorize
- Hands-on experience designing authentication journeys, MFA and adaptive access flows
- SSO and federation patterns
- API security and integration services
- API build and testing with REST, JSON and integration patterns
- Policy-based authorization, API/microservices access control, and fine-grained access models
- CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment promotion, in cloud or modern engineering environments
- Financial services experience preferred, across banking/insurance/wealth/platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
