Job Summary
Technical Solution Consultant with Spanish, hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will resolve technical issues on hardware and software, respond to questions about features and repairs, perform remote/e-support support, articulate case summaries, and maintain knowledge through KMS. You’ll proactively help customers avoid issues, represent the company in face-to-face visits and industry events as needed, and collaborate with the Sales Pursuit team. Requirements include a high school diploma, 0-1 year of relevant experience, strong English and Spanish communication, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with computing/storage hardware, case management tools, and superior customer service. The position offers hybrid work with ~2 days per week in an HPE office and is labeled as entry level within the Services function.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (post-primary education)
- 0-1 year of relevant technologies and customer environments
- Relevant industry qualification where applicable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment
- Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
- Superior customer service skills
- Phone and remote support experience
- E-support experience
- Proficiency with case management databases and tools
