Job Summary
Operate, configure, and optimize SIGINT collection systems while executing precision tasking against priority targets to transform raw signals data into actionable insights. Partner with mission stakeholders to build collection strategies, deconflict operations, and close intelligence gaps. Transform raw signals data into actionable insights that enable real-time operational decision-making. Work onsite in the Washington Metropolitan Area within a rotational shift environment. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, five-plus years of SIGINT experience, and familiarity with SDRs, receivers, and direction-finding suites. Candidates must demonstrate ability to work in a small, high-performing team under time-sensitive conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI
- Polygraph
- 5+ years of relevant SIGINT collection/operations experience within the Intelligence Community or U.S. military
- Knowledgeable in ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations, to include RF fundamentals, antennas, modulation types, and SIGINT sensor tasking
- Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and associated tooling (e.g., SDRs, receivers, direction-finding suites, signal recorders, processing and exploitation tools)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard IC software tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief teammates and leadership
- Military background or equivalent operational experience
- Ability to work rotational shift work
- BA or BS degree
