Job Summary
Stage and Performance Manager for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2027 Belgrade overseeing daily stage operations, scheduling, setup and breakdown of performances, rider/backline coordination, and AV/technical oversight. Lead a technical team, collaborate with performers and contractors to meet technical needs, schedule technical rehearsals, ensure safety compliance with Expo protocols, manage inventory and procurement of gear, and drive on-time, high-quality stage experiences for international audiences. This onsite role requires English proficiency, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams in a fast-paced live-event environment. Relocation to Belgrade is provided as part of the package.
Required Qualifications
- English Speaking (C1 or Native)
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing operations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to feedback
