Job Summary
Technical SETA SME provides coordination, monitoring, and integration of technical aspects across the Program lifecycle. Responsibilities include attending meetings, workshops, and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert; assisting with development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews; serving as a liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners; reviewing, analyzing, and recommending on technical reports and approaches; establishing collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments; providing reach-back support for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design; examining data and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program; and offering technical support on new concepts integral to the Program’s success.
Required Qualifications
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)
- FOUR (4) or more years of experience or equivalent education involving device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, and/or computer vision
- TWO (2) or more years of experience or equivalent education with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
- TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules
