Job Summary
Repair and maintain audio/video systems, two-way radios, and electronics down to the component level for Cedar Point's 200-acre entertainment grounds. Use critical thinking to navigate challenging AV problems in the field, set-up and strike for special events, and design automated A/V control systems. Work at heights including catwalks, aerial lifts, and scaffolding while providing own hand tools. Requires valid driver's license, union membership, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team dedicated to creating lifelong memories for guests across the park.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must join Laborers Union
- Must provide own hand tools
- Able to work at heights, including from catwalks, aerial lifts, crane baskets, scaffolding, and structure climb
- Ability to demonstrate experience in electronic and Audio/Visual equipment
- Willing to work various shifts and days with the ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
