Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical support, or operations
- 2–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, CI, or Six Sigma preferred
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP required (food/packaging environment preferred)
