Job Summary
Technical Services Specialist to diagnose and resolve product issues for ConnectWise partners. Works with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, document findings, and provide timely solutions. Responsibilities include customer and partner interactions via phone, ticket system, and chat; creating workaround procedures; contributing to future release functionality, bug fixes, patches, and updates; and ensuring issues are resolved with minimal supervision. Required skills include strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Exchange, SQL Server, and Google Apps, plus desktop/server operating systems, server builds and administration, antivirus management, virtual environments, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, Citrix, and broad knowledge of databases and web technologies. Educationally, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is recommended, with 2+ years of relevant experience. Work location is Mumbai or Pune, India, with on-site or hybrid arrangements and UK shifts.
