Job Summary
Implement technical service procedures and standards for Extrusion (Powder & Liquid) products in the Vietnam market while investigating and reporting customer line product complaints through on-site or laboratory resolution. Provide timely technical support across the entire paint process to ensure effective product performance, coordinate new technology introduction trials at customer plants, and collaborate with the Technical team to validate paint formulas for robust, reproducible production. Comply with Company and statutory E&HS regulations and quality systems. Requires minimum four years in powder or industrial coating, a chemistry degree, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 4 year(s) in Powder coating
- Min. 4 years working experience in industrial coating
- University Degree majoring Chemical
- Results Oriented
- Proactive
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic & high pressure working environment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good in verbal & written English
