Job Summary
Technical Services Specialist to support R&D and Quality teams in development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products; own supplier qualification lifecycle and ensure ingredients meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards; collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality to support product development and launches; create, review, and maintain Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and Finished Product Specifications; coordinate documentation for regulatory compliance and support certifications (Organic, NSF, GFCO, Non-GMO Project).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
