Job Summary
Technical Services Specialist responsible for supporting Bevi machines for Direct and Partner customers via phone and email. Troubleshoot hardware and software, provide guidance on installations and preventative maintenance, lead troubleshooting efforts, assist with upsell and inbound inquiries, route issues to the appropriate internal teams, close the loop with process-improvement and ticket-trend communication to engineering, assist partners with contract questions, initiate RMAs, answer warranty questions, and schedule proactive and reactive service calls nationwide. Must demonstrate independent judgment, multitask across calls, emails, tickets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service improvements. Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Netsuite) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, great attitude, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time Technical Services role
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Proficiency in independent judgment for troubleshooting and process improvements
- Experience handling phone and email support and ticket-based workflows
- Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and tickets
