Job Summary
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for fiscal cash register solutions, managing activation, technical support, and integration processes with accredited technician networks. Oversee network delivery focused on fiscal compliance, collecting and resolving operational and fiscal issues raised by customers and sales channels. Coordinate technical and fiscal activities throughout installation and support, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements, system configurations, and operational processes. Provide ongoing training on fiscal cash registers and management software for advanced retail points, while delivering high-performance training to end customers during service activation and maintenance touchpoints. Ensure continuous updates within Operations areas regarding industry fiscal developments and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in technical services related to fiscal cash registers, including management of local dealers and expertise in regulatory and procedural aspects of electronic cash registers
- Knowledge of fiscal regulations related to electronic cash registers
- Proven ability to manage complex integrations by coordinating and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to anticipate technical or commercial issues before they impact partners
- Ability to effectively interact with internal technical teams
- Results-oriented approach in dynamic and technologically advanced environments
- Problem solving skills
