Technical Services Representative

Coordinate jobs with customers, prepare paperwork for trucking processes, and create invoices for services like lab packs and moves. Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, assist sales staff with bid coordination and job scopes, and organize customer master files for job costing. Provide quality control by conducting post-service surveys and offer technical support to inside and outside sales representatives. Attend sales meetings, approve job folders, and manage office inventory and budgetary items. This onsite role in Indianapolis supports the technical services team within Triumvirate Environmental's environmental services sector.
