Job Summary
Viessmann is seeking a sophisticated, solutions-oriented Technical Services Representative to elevate our technical support operations across the USA and Canada. In a flexible hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) based out of Langley, BC, you will provide customer service/technical support for Viessmann boilers, burners, controls, indirect fired water heaters, air-handling units and heat pumps, document interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud, and guide contractors through troubleshooting using Salesforce/SAP. You will work with Product Engineering on quality initiatives and contribute to regional technical training and webinars. Responsibilities include documenting service interactions, assisting in repair protocols, reporting product service issues, and delivering seminars/webinars/training for internal/external customers. Preferred qualifications include a technical college or university background in mechanical/electrical engineering technology, ability to read piping and wiring diagrams, experience with multimeters/manometers/combustion analyzers, strong English communication skills, teamwork, independent work style, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google apps, Salesforce, and SAP. Additional information notes unrestricted authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting or technical customer service
- 1+ years of HVAC or technical industry experience in technical support, field service, installation, or maintenance
