Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts by troubleshooting production challenges, optimizing product performance on-site, and leading field trials. Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment while building strong relationships with plant managers and operations teams. Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization, then deliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locations. This field-based role requires up to 70% travel, primarily on weekdays, with overnight trips required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a demanding travel schedule
- Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required)

- Ability to build trust on the plant floor
