Job Summary
Budderfly seeks a Technical Services Parts Specialist with HVAC experience to support its Technical Services team by managing parts orders and inventory efficiently. Ideal candidates should possess strong computer and communication skills, and have a background in commercial HVAC sales or as an HVAC parts specialist.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC components
- Ability to determine order status
- Experience in order entry and inventory management
- Ability to travel for troubleshooting and prevention planning
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in commercial HVAC Sales or Parts
- Maintaining positive relationships with contractors and customers
- Coordinating multiple projects concurrently
- Working knowledge of techniques, methods, tools, & safety precautions in a distribution center
- Enjoys continuous learning, both technically and professionally
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and NetSuite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
