Job Summary
Provide technical oversight for spray dry, solid dosage manufacturing and packaging processes; participate in resolution of technical issues including control strategy; author deviations and change controls; manage internal and external relationships with partners, site management, and cross-functional teams; build and maintain relationships with development and central technical organizations; ensure manufacturing processes are compliant, capable, in control, and maintained in a validated state; document process validation state with data; maintain compliance with US/global regulations including cGMPs; support ongoing manufacturing at external partners through monitoring, issue response, and process improvements; support tech transfer and validation activities to external partners; collaborate across site functions to meet technical objectives; availability to support 24/7 operations across time zones; emphasis on collaboration and adaptability; bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with spray drying, solid dosage manufacturing and packaging
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and applicable global regulatory guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Demonstrated project management experience coordinating and executing complex projects
- Fluency in English and Spanish
